A workshop focused on the history, relationships, foraging, and cultivation of fungi & mushrooms.
Climate Justice Activist & Community Ethnomycologist Saren Glenn's work focuses on the connection between mycelial networks found in nature and our decentralized networks found in community organizing spaces and social justice movements.
Chris is a Knoxville-based environmentally conscious Chef with a passion for the future of food and food justice. Given the gift of over 15 years cooking and eating through the food ways of folks across this globe has deepened Chris’s love of food and shaped his cooking style, as well as his ever-evolving food politics.
