The concept for Highlander’s Cultural Organizing Cohort was conceived through deep listening to movement and birthed from synthesizing the demands of Cultural Organizers in the South, amidst a global pandemic. Our inaugural cohort will present their own answers to the program’s guiding question: What’s the recipe for culture?
